Customer Accounts

Products

Body Portal offers premium perfumes inspired by iconic luxury fragrances. Product images are provided for illustration purposes only. Actual product packaging, colour, labels, or appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing improvements or display settings.

While we make every effort to accurately describe fragrance notes, longevity, and characteristics, fragrance perception varies from person to person and is influenced by skin chemistry, weather conditions, application method, and individual preferences.

Inspired Fragrance Disclaimer

Body Portal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any third-party luxury fragrance brand, trademark owner, or manufacturer. All trademarks and brand names referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Body Portal reserves the right to:

• Modify product prices without prior notice
• Correct pricing errors
• Update promotional offers
• Discontinue products
• Limit quantities available for purchase

Pricing errors resulting from technical or human error may lead to cancellation of affected orders, with a full refund or alternative resolution where appropriate.

Product Availability

All products displayed on the website are subject to stock availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve inventory. In rare circumstances, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, Body Portal may cancel the unavailable item, offer an alternative product, or issue eligible compensation in accordance with our applicable policies.

Orders

An order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase. Body Portal reserves the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Order confirmation by email or SMS acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance until the order is processed.

Payment Methods

We currently accept:

• Net Banking
• Digital Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (where available)

Online payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Body Portal does not store complete card details, CVV numbers, PINs, or banking passwords.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible pin codes. Body Portal reserves the right to disable COD for high-risk locations, repeated failed deliveries, customers with excessive cancellations or refusals, or due to operational limitations. COD availability may change without prior notice.

Wallet Credits

Where applicable, approved refunds may be issued as Body Portal Wallet Credits. Wallet Credits:

• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be transferred to another customer.
• Cannot be sold or exchanged.
• May only be used on eligible purchases made through Body Portal.
• Remain valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Body Portal reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Wallet Credit program in accordance with applicable law.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Body Portal may offer promotional campaigns, discount coupons, referral offers, or limited-time deals. Unless otherwise specified:

• Only one promotional code may be used per order.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Expired coupons cannot be reinstated.
• Misuse of promotional codes may result in cancellation of the order.

Body Portal reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate promotions at any time.

Customer Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree that you will:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Refrain from unauthorized access attempts
• Not upload malicious software or viruses

Shipping & Delivery

All shipping and delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and are subject to operational factors, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, natural disasters, government restrictions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Body Portal currently delivers products within India only. Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and delivery details. Body Portal shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping information, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incomplete addresses, or restricted delivery locations.

Once an order has been dispatched, ownership and risk associated with the shipment shall transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through Email and SMS. Tracking information may take several hours to become active after dispatch. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment using the tracking details provided.

Cancellation & Returns

Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of successful delivery. Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Product leaking during transit
• Manufacturing defect

Product Inspection

Customers are requested to inspect the package immediately after delivery. In case of damage, leakage, or incorrect product, contact our support team within 48 hours and provide:

• Order Number
• Photographs of the outer package
• Photographs of the damaged product
• An uninterrupted unboxing video

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect claim verification.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website including logos, product names, brand identity, images, photography, videos, graphics, icons, text, website layout, design elements, product descriptions, and source code is the exclusive property of Body Portal or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

User Generated Content & Reviews

Customers may voluntarily submit reviews, ratings, feedback, testimonials, photographs, or other content. Customers agree that submitted content shall be truthful, not misleading, not violate intellectual property rights, and not contain defamatory, offensive, abusive, unlawful, or spam material. Body Portal reserves the right to remove or refuse any content at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, chargeback abuse, or unusual purchasing activity may be delayed, cancelled, or refused.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Body Portal makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product information on the Website is accurate. However, we do not guarantee continuous website availability, error-free operation, absolute accuracy of all content, or that every fragrance will perform identically on every individual.

Fragrance performance may vary due to skin chemistry, environmental conditions, application method, storage conditions, and individual perception. Except as required by applicable law, products are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Body Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to use or inability to use the Website, delay in delivery, temporary website downtime, third-party service interruptions, product misuse, customer negligence, or unauthorized account access.

Force Majeure

Body Portal shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Fires
• Pandemics
• Government actions or restrictions
• War or Civil unrest
• Labour strikes

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any additional policies published on the Website, constitute the complete agreement between Body Portal and the customer regarding the use of the Website and purchase of products.
